Scholarships for students of theatre by the Annapurna International School of Film and Media (AISFM) in Hyderabad...

The Annapurna International School of Film + Media (AISFM) in Hyderabad is offering special 50 % scholarships for students who are nominated from their theatre groups, for their upcoming 5 month acting course at the school in Hyderabad.

Acting for film, TV and Theatre is 5 month course offered by AISFM and this year the session starts on July 28, 2014. This year, theatre students who wish to study further and are nominated by their theatre groups as rising stars, are going to be offered a 50 % scholarship. AISFM is offering 2 scholarships per theatre group.

"Theater groups are growing in our country and we acknowledge the fact that some of the best talent today comes from these groups. We are happy to offer scholarships for theater students who wish to hone their skills and are looking to break into the film industry", said Chris Higging, President, Annapurna International School of Film + Media (AISFM).

Nominations needs to be shared by the theatre groups by July 11, 2014, post which the applicants need to connect with Ramya Seggari from the Admissions department of the school on +917893752225.
