Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's 'Bhausaheb Ekanki Natya Spardha' (Bhausaheb One-Act Play Competition) in Hindi...

The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan invites entries for its one-act, Hindi play competition instituted in memory of one of its leading managers and theatre personality Girish Desai, who was fondly known as 'Bhausaheb'. This competition is open to all but only new, original scripts are invited.



Last Date Of Entry: 7th March 2015

Elimination Dates: 1st, 2nd & 3rd April 2015
Finale: 4th April 2015

Rules & Regulations:
• Any college, institutions or other groups can participate in this competition.
• An Entry Fee of Rs. 1,000/- will be payable with the entry form, which is non refundable.
• Entry Forms must be accompanied by the writer's written permission (Mandatory). Writer's Royalty will be payable by the participant. No old, translated or adapted scripts will be entertained.
• 2 copies of the censored script (Mandatory) should be submitted by 7th March 2015.
• Duration of the play shall be minimum 25 mins. & maximum 35 mins. Plays above 35 mins. will not be selected for finals.
• Allotment of the day of performance will be decided by the organizers. The organizers have the rights to make changes in the same if necessary.
• Out of the plays performed in the elimination rounds adjudicators will select 5 Plays for the finale.
