Our e-platform for all things theatre - eNatya Chaupal features two recent discussions on theatre featuring prominent theatre people in the city.

On 10th February 2017, Prabodh Parikh, Atul Tiwari, Naushil Mehta, Deepa Gahlot and Ramu Ramanathan were on a panel that deliberated ''Why Theatre?'' at a theatre festival- ''Ooncha Mailo Parogram'' organised by Manoj Shah's theatre group Ideas Unlimited at Prithvi theatre.



At the recently concluded Awishkar theatre festival, a panel led by Shafaat Khan undertook a discussion on contemporary Marathi theatre and analysed whether Marathi theatre today is as relevant as it should be. This discussion took place on 13th February 2017 at the Sathaye college auditorium. The panelists who participated in this discussion were Sunil Shanbag, Rajkumar Tangde, Gangaram Gavankar and Alok Rajwade.
