Godrej Culture Lab To Stage EHSAAS...A Coming-Of-Age Play About Lesbianism By Asmita Theatre, Delhi...

The Mumbai premiere of EHSAAS will be staged on 12th January 2018 at the Godrej Culture Lab. The show is part of the "Pride Month" celebrations at the Lab that puts the LGBTQ community at the forefront. The timing cannot be more pleasantly appropriate since the Supreme Court has decided to review the outdated and controversial Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.

Directed by Arvind Gaur of Asmita Theatre, a Delhi-based theatre group, EHSAAS tells the story of a young woman coming to terms with her sexuality, while navigating the harsh realities of a heteronormative world.

The event is free and open to all.

Time: 6 pm onwards

Venue: Auditorium (First Floor)
Godrej ONE, Vikhroli (East).
