Slawomir Mrozek's OUT AT SEA is a hilarious absurd comedy that scrutinizes civilized savagery and reveals the preposterousness of mankind.Hunger strikes each and every one of us every day. We eat, we defecate and the cycle is repeated. When three men find themselves on a raft 'out at sea' with nothing to eat, the question is raised not of what will they eat but who they shall eat. Someone is to be sacrificed and our three castaways - Mr. Fat, Mr. Medium and Mr. Thin, struggle to find a 'just' and 'humane' way to decide the right person.
