Dhirubhai Modi is a big time Hindi film prducer and he has produced more than ten films with multi stars. He is a respected name in Bollywood. Dhirubhai has a God fearing wife Rama, married son Pramod, daughter-in-law, younger son Vinod & two grand sons in his family. Pramod is helping his father in production but Vinod wants to become a hero. Ultimately Vinod's film reaches theatres & flops.
Dhirubhai cannot bear this shock. He dies of a massive heart attack. Now Pramod has to pay all the liabilities. Pramod, his wife, his children and his mother are in deep trouble.
