Sargam along with her parents has migrated from Junagadh to Mumbai to pursue her dream of winning the trophy at the 'Dance India Dance' TV show. Sargam is a very talented dancer and has been faring very well in the initial rounds of the reality show. But soon Sargam discovers that she is suffering from corneal cancer in both her eyes.
