The tricks that one can play for a 500 crore worth of inheritance! Real Estate broker Dikabhai (Rajiv Mehta) is occupying a 3 BHK flat (under dispute) along with his wife Rekha (Titiksha Pandya). For an out of court settlement, he is undergoing tremendous pressure of finding Rs 50 lakhs. Meanwhile, one Sunday, Rekha's friend Heena (Riddhi Dave) visits with a plan to move in as she has had a clash with her husband Rahul (Aniket Tank) in the midst of their first anniversary night. Coincidentally, the very next day Heena gets to know that her multi-millionaire maternal uncle (Nilesh Pandya) after one year will pass on to Heena Rs 500 crores, on the condition that Heena and Rahul shall live a peaceful happy life for one year. If the uncle is in any doubt about this, the money will be donated to an NGO. Dikabhai begins to think furiously. If Heena gets 500 Crores he will be her investment advisor and a mere 2% brokerage will get him his flat free and much more. Dikabhi's interest lies in saving Heena and Rahul's marriage. But his problem is that even Rahul is no mood to compromise. All of a sudden Heena's uncle drops in and Dikabhai's tensions mount. Will he be able to convince the uncle and will Dikabhai be able to save his flat?
