This Indian National Theatre's (INT) 77th play revolves around a family headed by Mr. Amrutlal and his three sons. Amrutlal`s father was a very respected freedom fighter and a reputed political leader of his time. A follower of Gandhian principles, he was actively involved in the fight against Britishers. He had kick started a few institutions for the benefit of his people which came to be administered by his son Amrutlal and his children.
The irony of fate is such that neither his two sons nor himself were capable of handling the institutions, due to which losses occur and hilarious situations take place. The trustee, who was appointed by Amrutlal`s father is a very caring man. He wants Amrutlal to make losses so that he can sell the property and reap for his own selfish benefits such as hotels, malls etc.
Now Amrutlal's youngest son is a tad different from his brothers. He is a sharp & intelligent man. Smart enough to realize that his father and brothers are simply hypocrites, who are interested only in cashing on the perks of being descendants of a political leader. Thus begins a roller- coaster ride of fun, frolic & never ending laughters when Amrutlal`s youngest son decides to show his dad & brothers the right approach to life & situations.
