PRITAM PYARE PAPPUJI

PRITAM PYARE PAPPUJI is an uncommon love story of a common man. Pappuji is an estate agent. He can easily win over people with his talk and his only purpose in life is to make money. To earn money he can deceive anybody. Emotions, love, relationships, feelings these words don't exist in his dictionary. However, he adores his mother who wants Pappuji to get married but Pappuji's thoughts are taken by all the money he can make.

Pappuji is also crazy about Hindi films and life seems to be going well for him till he meets Dimple (Moulli Ganguly). Dimple's father is dead. Her maternal uncle and aunt in Kanpur have raised her. After her father's death, Dimple wants to sell off their huge bunglow. This is how she meets Pappuji. But just as Pappuji is shrewd and cunning, Dimple is simple and honest. As Pappuji sets out to dupe Dimple of her rightful money, he is inevitably stumped by her guileless innocence and falls in love with her.

But now, Pappuji must save Dimple from the goon Pakyabhai (Mazhar Sayed) who has illegally occupied the land surrounding her bungalow. However Pakya finds himself reformed by Dimple who in turn falls in love with him. Dimple's overpowering aunt must also be dealt with. As the story reaches its crescendo, all three turn up at a marriage hall, but it is anybody's guess whose love story may finally be realised.
