Dilip Deokule is a simpleton, leading a routine life of a middle-class working professional. On a chance journey, lady luck smiles on Dilip Deokule as two identical bags get exchanged and he becomes the owner of a fortune worth nine crores and fifty-seven lakhs. This fortune tempts Dilip to plan an exit out of the country with his wife to start life afresh on foreign lands. As luck would have it, a bumbling private detective and a dutiful police officer land on Dilip’s doorstep following the fortune trail. From here on, the chaos begins and it is to be seen if Dilip can hold on to his fortune in this comedy of camouflage and deception.
