There are limited SEATS- Won't admit more than 10 students. Take your chance to learn from the Master Teacher and other NSD Alumni.

Note that it is a FIFTEEN DAYS Intensive Schedule and Admission is strictly based on personal interview and Registration. No student should miss any session. You should wear comfortable clothes as there will be lot of physical activity.

ABOUT MICHAEL CHEKHOV
Stanislavsky’s ‘most brilliant pupil’, was known as one of Russia’s most outstanding and innovative actors and directors, who intrigued his audience with his character interpretations that were extremely alive and imaginative. After his exile from Russia and stays in Germany, France, England, he settled in America, where he continued his pioneering work.
He developed an acting technique, a ‘psycho-physical approach’, in which transformation, working with impulse, imagination and inner and outer gesture are central. It offers clear and practical tools in working with imagination, feelings and atmosphere. His acting technique has been used by actors such as Jack Nicholson, Clint Eastwood, Marilyn Monroe etc

ABOUT RAVI SHARMA
Ravi Sharma is a senior Alumnus of two of the most prestigious institutes for theatre in India- Department of Indian Theatre, Punjab University (1973-74), and National School of Drama (1974-77). He has also undergone training in Film and Television Direction at FTII, Pune (1977-78) and later at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, New York.
He mastered the Michael Chekhov Technique of Acting. He is an accomplished actor and director with experience of over 40 years in theatre, film, television and Radio. A Resource person with South East Asian Countries' Theatre Ensemble; he is a renowned acting coach and has taught a generation of actors both in India and abroad.
