Part I
Focus on contemporary dance technique and core strengthening. Emphases on the body alignment, efficiency of the use of energy and breath, efficiency of movement, clarity of movement and reducing the tension in the body. Through various movement phrases, exploration of isolation and subsequent manipulation of individual body parts as well as co-ordination of simultaneous movement. With the subjective internal experience of the body and the objective external appearance of the movement, developing an understanding of space created by the movement and the space in which the movement takes place.

Part II
''Choreology'' - the analysis of movement by Rudolf Laban. The analysis breaks down any given movement into its fundamental structural elements which further aids the understanding of any complex movement, therefore developing clarity of movement. It also takes you into unknown areas in regards to the search for the new movement.

The beginnings of contact improvisation. This is a partner/group dance form which is based on physical contact. It involves taking and giving of weight, playing with momentum, following the partner or leading the partner, surrendering yourself completely to the spontaneous flow of improvised movement.

Radhika Apte is an Indian theatre actor,film actor as well as a dancer. She has been working primarily with the theatre group Aasakta in pune. She has been the lead actress in over 13 feature films. She trained in Kathak with Guru Rohini Bhate for eight years, and from 2010 to 2011, Radhika studied Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban in London.
