1. Staying On”...Ran for 4 Months all over England. This Play was directed by Peter James(Principal of Lamda, London Academy of Music & Drama) and the cast included prunella scales & Richard Johnson.
2. “Sixth Happiness”...A movie directed by the Internationally Renowned Waris Hussein, It was shot in England & Mumbai and had firdaus kandga, The author of the book (Trying to Grow), Playing himself. Mahabanoo played the aunt, Jeroo. The film is the winner of the EBON Award.
3. “The Moor`s Last Sigh”... A BBC documentary made on Salman Rushdie`s Novel of the same name. Mahabanoo played the role of Aurora.
4. “Cotton Mary”...Directed by Ismail Merchant.
5. The 40-minute stand-up comic act performed for two successive nights at the Chor Bizzarre in London in May 2000 got Rave Reviews in London.
6. “Shirley Valentine”... performed in U.S.A. in May 2000. The play has been invited to a theatre festival in U.S.A. in May 2001.
