Gillo Commemorates World Performance Week

On the occasion of World Performance Week, Gillo will be presenting short plays for children, across venues in Mumbai.

The week includes March 20th, World Day of Theatre for children and young people March 21st, World Puppetry Day, and March 27th, World Theatre Day, which are celebrated by artists and communities across the world.

The performances are a part of a wider international celebrations led by ASSITEJ International and other global performing arts bodies.

The plays lined up:

20th March - 6.30 pm
GUBU-GUBU, a musical play in Marathi
At Studio Tamaasha, Andheri West

21st March - 5 pm
BOO & KORIKA, two short plays in Hindi and Marathi
At Myna Academy of Performing Arts, Khar West

29th March - 11.30 am
TARIK KA SURAJ, a story about colours, light and imaginaton (in Hindi)
At Harkat Studios, Versova
