Dear Sir,
It gives me immense pleasure to introduce you to our Event “Anant Dharaa 2016” to be held on the 4th and 5th of June 2016 at InOrbit Mall, Nagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune
The schedule is set for a 2 day event with various activities and programs planned to create awareness about Environment and sustainability related topics and solutions.
I am writing to invite you to present and perform at the event as it would give a good coverage and a great social media coverage of 150000+viewer. there is some flexibility we can use to accommodate your own scheduling preferences and time too (although it would be on one of the main Event days, Saturday the 4th June or 5th of June 2016 ).
