Tifli-- Mumbai--2016

Seem to be an attractive start in Mumbai. There is a need for developing theatre viewing culture in India. It can help develop better theatre practice in schools and in communities In Delhi, Tifli has attracted children and their mentors to visit the Festival again and again. It is a wonderful experience.
