Review jaane pehchaane anjane

Watched this play with little expectation as I love theatre and this promised a solid cast. Unfortunately, it was utterly disappointing. The script was classic lazy writing, dialogues felt weak without punches, music wasn't uplifting just felt loud in parts, done and dusted stagecraft. Production clearly seemed rich but not innovative. But what disappointed even more was the star cast. The leads assumed their star presence was enough to elevate, made no effort to get into character and the singing seemed gimmicky at best. Support cast was best forgotten.
