Tintin and Chatkar are both pursuing MBA together in a college and in love with each other. Chatkar is an orphan while Tintin is the only daughter of Makkhan Singh, a rich Sardar businessman. Makkhan Singh is against Tintin and Chatkar's love. He wants Tintin to marry a rich man. But Makkhan Singh's wife, Tintin's mother Malai Devi wants them to get married. Bulbul is the cook in Makkhan Singh and Malai Devi's house and she is Tintin's friend too. Chirkut is Bulbul's fiancee, who is Makkhan Singh's manager and driver. But Malai Devi's brother, fondly called Mama by everyone, loves Bulbul. Mama lives here with his brother-in-law and sister. Makkhan Singh locks his daughter Tintin in the house so that she cannot meet Chatkar. He asks his manager Chirkut to find a wedding matchmaker so that he can get married Tintin to someone rich. Malai then convinces Bhanwara, the son of her theatre director to become a wedding match maker, bring Chatkar to her house in disguise and fool Makkhan Singh to get Tintin married to Chatkar. But Makkhan singh doesn’t like Chatkar who is in disguise and he drives him away. Meanwhile, Bhanwara falls in love with Bulbul. Finally Bhanwara brings Chatkar in a different disguise but Makkhan Singh recognizes him and wants to catch him. Chatkar and Tintin both express their feelings by telling Makkhan Singh that they both want to get married with his permission and blessings. Malai explains to Makkhan Singh that parents do not marry their children of their choice for the sake of their false pride and take the wrong path of honor killing and encourage such brutal incidents. But, we should find our joy in the happiness of our children. In the end, Makkhan Singh and Malai Devi get Tintin and Chatkar married. Bhanvra and Bulbul also get married. In the end everyone is rejoices in these positive circumstances and the play ends happily.
