The story revolves around the Mughal emperor Shahjahan and his wish of creating a unique and beautiful monument as a tribute to his beloved late wife Mumtaaz which no one would have seen till date and how he struggles to fulfill his dream with a government officer Gupta Ji and falls into the pit of holy corruption.

He continues on struggling to make TajMahal and gets caught in the corrupt system of government officers working. He is faced with new problem every time he solves the previous one.
