BAS KAR... BAKULA!

A professor's (Siddharth Randheria) unhappy marriage ends when his wife Bakula (Swati Shah) dies after meeting with an accident. Needless to say, the guy is relieved after 10 years of his married life wherein he was forced to marry out of a social obligation.

For the professor, it is indeed a time to party. Moreover, he falls in love with a young girl called Sweetie (Raj Kamal Deshpande) whom he eventually marries. However their marital bliss is short-lived.

On their first honeymoon night, the professor dreams that his wife has left him a big fortune in some corner of their house and only she can lead him to it. Exit Eros, enter Mammon. The professor is now desperate to locate this fortune!

In a comic twist of events, the professor summons the spirit of his dead wife, Bakula. Not to be outdone by the new young rival of her husband's affections, Bakula initiates a series of strange events that leave their neighbours wondering of the professor's intentions. In short, there is complete chaos till Bakula takes a final farewell.
