IDEA's 'Prem Utsav'...An Annual Drama Festival...

PREM UTSAV 2010 The Ideal Drama and Entertainment Academy (IDEA) is in its fifth year of celebrating its annual drama festival 'Prem Utsav'. The festival will just begin a day after the birth anniversary of the legendary Hindi-Urdu writer Munshi Premchand. The series "AADAB MAIN PREMCHAND HOON.." was started in 2005. In this span of five years IDEA has staged 238 out of 283 stories in 257 weeks.

This year IDEA is travelling all over India but Ranchi needs a special mention as the group has been specially invited to perform Munshi Premchand's stories there to commemorate the University's Golden Jubilee Year. IDEA has also performed for various schools and colleges to revive the memories of the great writer.

At 'PREM UTSAV-2010' IDEA will be staging 50 plays from 1st to 10th August 2010. These plays will take you down memory lane and make you feel young at heart.
