British Council India presents three-city tour of the dynamic theatre production THE SNOW QUEEN...

MTG editorial

THE SNOW QUEEN is a high quality theatrical production for children originally produced by the Unicorn Theatre, UK's flagship theatre for young audiences, with support from the British Council in association with Trestle Theatre.

This dynamic production is a brand new version of the classic European tale adapted by the talented playwright Anupama Chandrasekhar. Her adaptation gives new energy and exuberance to the traditional fairytale drawing on rich influences of Indian mythology, cultures and topography along with a sharp eyed comment on contemporary culture.

The tour will encompass performances and an extensive outreach activity featuring workshops for professionals, school interaction programme, and teacher training sessions.
