WAKEUP CALL, a play by Sachin Gupta, will be staged in Mumbai for the first time by Chilsag Chillies Theatre Company. Sachin Gupta is an Off Broadway playwright, theatre director and recipient of the 'Natya Bhushan' award. The cast of the play features familiar film and television faces along with other theatre artists such as Gauri Karnik (leading actress in the feature film 'Sur'), Anjum Farooki (Gauri in Balika Vadhu- TV series on Colors ), Rubina Dilaik (Radhika in Choti Bahu - TV series on Zee TV), Praneeta Sahu (Kasturi fame,Uttaran-Colors ), Kashmira Irani (Amber in Amber Dhara-Sony's Popular TV series), and Nupur Joshi (Sumii in Do Hanso Ka Joda on Colors & Rakhi on Zee TV).
