Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in South Mumbai has been a keen promoter of the Performing Arts. For the past sixty-four years the institution has been encouraging young talent in the field of theatre.
This year, Bhavan's Kala Kendra, The Art & Cultural wing of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in collaboration with Radhey Group and Shubham Production is coming up with Bhavan's "Adi Marzban - Gujarati Open One Act Drama Competition".
A group of Mentors that young people can learn from has also been created. This group includes prominent names in Gujarati theatre such as Raju Joshi, Vipul Mehta, Dilip Rawal, Vinod Sarvaiya, Vipul Vithlani, Tapan Bhatt, Bhavesh Mandalia, Dharmendra Gohil, Chirag Vora, Atul Unadkat.

Elimination Round of the competition is scheduled from 1st December to 4th December 2014.
