G5A Film Society and Creative Mornings present breakfast and talk with Chaitanya Tamhane...

Chaitanya Tamhane's debut feature film 'Court' has launched him as one of the most promising Indian film directors to watch out for. The film has been very well received in India as well as abroad. It premiered at the 71st Venice Theatre Film Festival where it won the Lion of the Future Award for Best Debut and The Orizzonti award for Best Film. It also won the National award for Best Feature Film (2015).

The young director is an English Literature graduate of the Mithibai College of Arts, and has earlier written a play called GREY ELEPHANTS IN DENMARK, among other writing. He is an accomplished magician too.

G5A Film Society and Creative Mornings Mumbai will host Chaitanya Tamhane and gives you an opportunity to interact with the director-writer and filmmaker.

You can get to the venue early and enjoy a cup of coffee and other delights at its cafe Five before the programme.
