AGP World is known to do a variety of plays and shows, bringing together some of the best known film, television and theatre artistes together in big productions. At its showcase in the city this month titled AGP World Spotlight, the company will stage seven of its productions - from the wedding musical extravaganza BLAME IT ON YASHRAJ to its more sombre play on Kashmir called BARFF. Older plays like THE SCENT OF A MAN, 2 TO TANGO 3 TO JIVE, DRAMA QUEEN, DOUBLE DEAL RELOADED along with the revival of the popular stage blockbuster BOTTOMS UP! are part of this showcase as well.

The plays will be staged at two of South Mumbai's prestigious theatres- the refurbished Royal Opera House and at NCPA's Tata Theatre. AGP World’s founder Ashvin Gidwani’s vision for Spotlight is "simple", he says. He adds: "Spotlight is an experience created for commercialising performing arts as an industry. This intellectual property will grow year on year to a national & international multi city platform."

AGP World Spotlight will also have Masterclasses by theatre experts such as the National award-winning actor Saurabh Shukla and the National School of Drama (NSD) director Waman Kendre. Find out more about these classes from the links below:
