City of Dreams

This song and light extravaganza with 40 dancers has all of Bollywood’s traditional ingredients and is a visual delight that is set to dazzle. The City of Dreams is Bombay. Aada (Lucky Morani) dreams of making it big in Bollywood.

She lands amidst a sea of unknown faces, finds a roof over her head and falls in step with the rough and tumble of life in the big metro. In Shridhuri (Shipra Singh), Rakhi (Kashmera Shah) and Hatkesh (Mandar Chandwadkar) she finds friends.

The paths that Rakhi and she take to achieve their dreams are a little different but the destination is the same- Stardom, a foothold in Bollywood. Aada seems to be more talented than Rakhi. Will their friendship be sacrificed at the altar of their desires?

Then there is the superstar Karan Khanna (Gaurav Chopra). He has everything he needs but will he find true love? Supported by versatile artistes like Mandar Chandwadkar and Anand Tiwari who play multiple roles, this musical purports to be the stuff that dreams are made of.
