A 12 year old child named Bunty is a naughty boy but he is equally intelligent and does well in his studies too. He is upset because his parents are separated. He wants to bring them back together and therfore makes a plan with the help of the family doctor.

The doctor declares that Bunty is suffering from bonemarrow cancer. When the father comes to knowabout this, he starts caring more for his child. But Bunty needs his mother too. The mother too returns and the family starts living togther putting aside all disputes.

Bunty is happy but his fake medical report takes a bizzare turn for the real. Bunty is given six months to live. It is these months that the family, including Bunty discover what it means live life to the fullest and to carry on with it come what may.
