A fantasy based comedy LALJILAL MALAMAAL revolves around one middle-class man called Laljibhai (Ashish Bhatt). Laljibhai is a dreamer and has no luck with his dreams. He becomes the butt of his neighbours’ jokes and in any case does not get along well with them.

One day accidentally he pops off. On arriving in a CEO styled heaven, he finds out that his death has been a mistake. The managing gods had intented to get another man by the same name but got Laljibhai by mistake. The heavenly managing director is now in a fix. Laljibhai must go back to earth.

After much cajoling and a precious gift as a bribe, Laljibhai agrees to return to earth. But his precious gift has a limited time period. In order to avenge his neighbours, Laljibhai uses up most of his allotted points and in time only one point remains. What will Laljibhai do with that one point? Will he still continue to be on a warpath with his neighbours or will he see to the greater good of his building society?
