An old man of 60, Sitanshu is living in Vile Parle with his two sons and a daughter. The elder son of the family, Pratham is married to a builder's daughter called Tulsi. Tulsi is exactly opposite in character to what her name suggests. Pratham married her primarily for her money as he is involved in a hit and run case and he desperately needs 10 lakhs to settle the case. But to his frustration, the builder has disowned his daughter and thus Pratham is left in a lurch.

The second son Pushpak is as fat as the singer Adnam Sami and much to the discomfort of his father, Pushpak is also influenced by Adnan Sami. He has also collected the details about how Adnan Sami lost weight. So Pushpak wants 14 thousands dollars to go abroad for a liposuction procedure. The daughter of the house, Parijat was married but she has left her husband and has returned back to her father. Sitanshu is hence much trouble looking after the needs of his children.

One day, Tulsi’s father, the builder comes to take a look at the house. The house is located in a prime location and so the builder offers the family 200 crores for the house. Sitanshu's children jump at this offer but Sitanshu does not want to sell it. The children make Sitanshu's life miserable and out of frustration one day, Sitanshu decides to commit suicide by jumping from the first floor of his building! What follows is a laughter riot as the father sets straight his three children and makes them realize their mistakes.
