Akbar Badshah has had enough. Reason? He has seen K. Asif's cult classic 'Mughal-e-Azam' and he cannot stand it. He decides to make his own version of 'Mughal-e-Azam' and returns to earth with his chronicler Abul Fazal and Sangeet Samrat Tansen. The twist in the tale is that Abul Fazal is gay and Tansen does not speak anything. He only sings. Akbar stays at a hotel, ironically called the Taj Mahal - Pride of Mughals. There he meets Keelu, the care taker who makes life a little difficult for him. Keelu is a con artist and has the ability to turn things his way. So, will Akbar finally be able to remake 'Mughal-E-Azam'? AB AKBAR BANAAYEGA MUGHAL-E-AZAM is a full blown entertainer with original music and a mujra also.
