A merry mix of mistaken identities, errors and omissions, horseplay and an abundance of slapstick humor that culminates into a hysterical nightmare of chaos and confusions.

Mr. Khare and Mr. Khote are partners in business. One of them is the simpleton, the other a philander. Mr. Khote bullies his partner Mr. Khare by using his residential premises and even his financial share of the business. Needless to say it is the simpleton Mr. Khare who turns out to be the wiser of the two in the presence of the investigating police inspector and puts to rest all doubts in the minds of law about Mr. Khare and Mr. Khote's integrity both in business and in their private lives.
