This Marathi production of Henrik Ibsen's play WHEN WE DEAD AWAKEN, is a feminist take on the text. The play centres around a statue, a sculpture, which changes the lives of all the play's characters. Ibsen's play is revisualised. The labyrinth of womanhood is explored along with the questions of love, art and relationships.
The play has been adapted in Marathi by Rasika Agashe and Milind Phatak.
