More than just an acting academy or a production house, The Actor�s truth strives to bring out the best of performances. Saurabh Sachdeva and Avinash Yadav co-founded this institute with an aim to work on the core issues an actor faces while performing. With a strong belief in the phrase, �Acting Is Doing�, we mould our students with extreme sensitivity. As an actor, one should understand aspects of both �Being� and �Doing�. At The Actor�s Truth, we do just that. We have sketched out a curriculum which helps an actor to bring about a change in the awareness about himself and his thoughts.

While we started with a one-month course, we realised that the biggest hurdle an actor faces is the lack of opportunity to express himself and perform at the same time. In order to bridge this gap, we provide our students with a platform where in they get a chance to perform even after the course ends.

For a period of 2 months, post the course, we monitor their performances and provide them with a value added feedback (Yes! Free of cost) by the invited audience. They also get an opportunity of being spotted by the casting assistants of reputed agencies.

Well, we didn�t just stop here! We picked some of the dedicated actors from the first batch and put them into an advanced learning program. During the program, they were actively directed for a professional theatre play.

Come 30th June, 2017, we had our first in-house production � �What The Butler Saw�, by Joe Orton at the Sophia Bhabha Auditorium, Mumbai.

With our first having been a major success we hope to continue with many more and bring out great performances by our students on a big stage!
