International Acting / Theater Residency Workshop in NEPAL

Limited Seat For 20 People Only

These workshops is designed by Acting School Of India, Mumbai in Association with SWARWANAM THEATER,NEPAL to build upon core areas of acting : movement, voice and the development of strong performance through understanding dramatic texts.

Workshop will deal with the relationship of actor-body, space and to the changing physical dynamic of tension within the body, and to focus on the creative ingredients to generate, devise and author own work.

The residency would entail rigorous training in voice and body movement IN

1. Kalaripayattu - The martial art of Kerala
2. Modern ACTING Principles of Sanford Meisner - No Acting Please
3. An introduction to MASK MAKING TECHNIQUE and finding a balance in strong inner awareness and ensemble responsibility.
4. We will design play with students and do shows in different place of India,Nepal and many more ( People who all are in One Month Workshop )

Our workshops specially designed and prepared for children, enthusiastic youngsters, beginners and all professionals. The major thrust of the workshop is to create an atmosphere where anybody can train themselves as confident, spontaneous, and expressive human being and get success in any field they are working.This workshop is ideal for Teachers, theater practitioners, educators, learning and development trainers, students of theater, B.Ed candidates.

NOTE : The Workshop routine is rigorous. It will be physically and mentally demanding. The intensive residency program may involve a 10 hour schedule and teachers will use all kinds of tools and devices to open up the participants.
