About
When given a scene to perform, the actor needs to use various techniques to get under the skin of the given character. A meticulous understanding of the characters circumstances by using the 5 W’s method or by creating a detailed backstory for the character that’s not a part of the script are some of the methods ace actors use to bring out their most convincing performances.
The actor has to know and perform not just the written dialogues but also the underlying subtleties of their character and then deliver this in an authentic way.
