It's a story about two people from different strata of society who accidentally meet and their destiny changes. Mansukh Darji (Sanjay Goradia) has a meagre job in a transport company and Dharam Divecha (Abhay Harpale) is an ambitious businessman. Both have come to an isolated place to meet contract killer Jackson. But on that very spot, the police kills Jackson in an encounter. Dharam and Mansukh are forced to spend time together and subsequently, they share their stories. Dharam the clever of the duo soon finds out that they can help each other in order to fulfil their individual motives to get their motives materialized. Mona is Mansukh's wife and Jaybala is Dharam's wife. They too are drawn in by the plans of their husbands. A tug of war ensues between Mansukh and Dharam and the drama unfolds.
