A Flat in central Bangalore is up for sale at a shockingly low price and everyone wants it!!! But as the night unfolds, it becomes clear: not everyone is here just to buy the property.

Flat No: 21035 is a one-room, character-driven stage play where seven strangers find themselves competing for the same apartment. Each person has a reason to be there but not all reasons are clear, and not all truths are spoken. What starts as awkward small talk soon spirals into confrontation, manipulation, and mind games, with the flat quietly watching it all.

Set entirely within the apartment over one mysterious evening, the play shifts constantly in tone from hilarious to unsettling, from warm to unpredictable.
