A two day movement workshop by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille

Theatre makers, creators, actors, directors and movement artists with 3-5 years of experience.

About the workshop
Stories have the power to move us and the ways in which we move can convey equally powerful stories. Carrie-Anne Ingrouille shows us how.

Navigate movement architecture and discover what your own physical vocabulary is, as well as how to engage with it, using a range of dynamics and textures.

Across this two-day hands-on workshop, craft a story with a strong foundation, block out a journey using appropriate movement language and understand how it fits together with light, ambience, sound design and scoring.

About the facilitator
Carrie-Anne is a go-to U.K. choreographer for multi-disciplined work. She is currently represented in the West End, Broadway and internationally with her critically acclaimed and award nominated choreography for SIX The Musical. Carrie is an admirer of all types of performance and has trained in multiple sectors from ballet and musical theatre to hip hop theatre. Carrie is also currently the U.K. Associate Choreographer on Hamilton (West End).
