This workshop will emphasise experiential learning, encouraging participants to experiment with movement, voice, writing etc to unlock new pathways for self-expression. The key areas of focus will include brainstorming and idea generation, exploring improvisation as a tool for discovery, developing a personal artistic vocabulary. By actively engaging in their own creative journeys, participants will gain valuable insights into the dynamics of performance, not just as a final product but as an ongoing process of exploration, refinement and communication . This workshop is ideal for aspiring and practicing artists, performers, educators and anyone interested in harnessing their creativity for enhanced self- understanding and expression.

About Savita Rani:
Dr. Savita Rani is a distinguished theatre artist, scholar, and educator whose work spans acting, directing, and innovative devised performances. A graduate of the prestigious National School of Drama (2005-08), New Delhi, with a specialization in acting, With over two decades of experience, she has established herself as a versatile practitioner, seamlessly blending traditional, folk, and contemporary theatre forms. Her academic rigor is reflected in her Ph.D. research on devised solo theatre in India, during which she created the critically acclaimed solo performance *Restlessness in Pieces*. Recognized for her creative ingenuity, she was awarded the Serendipity Arts Foundation grant for her second solo piece, *Notion(s): In Between You and Me*, which has been showcased at leading national and international festivals. Having collaborated with eminent theatre personalities and performed across multiple continents, Dr. Rani�s practice is marked by introspection, interdisciplinary exploration, and a profound commitment to bridging the gap between art and life.
