Physical and vocal warm-ups to release tension and prepare the body

Introduction to "micro-storytelling" & how films are built on silent beats and internal transitions

Scene Breakdown's from Popular films

Day 2: Foundations of Subtle Expression (Meisner Approach)
Understanding emotional behavior through Meisner repetition exercises

Working with imaginary circumstances and truthful reactions

Silent partner exercises: revealing without performing

Listening with the body & developing honest responsiveness

Micro-shift explorations: changes in emotion without changing dialogue

Day 3: Imagination & Inner Life (Adler Approach)
Creating deep character backstories using Adler's imaginative process

Substitution and personalization: bringing yourself to the role without collapsing into yourself

Internalizing stakes: playing history and desire subtly through the eyes

Study of great close-ups in cinema and the invisible inner monologue

Day 4: Performance & Micro-Moment Monologue
Live Feedback on Recorded Monologue

Eye grammar: directing gaze, intensity, and stillness

Playback analysis: identifying beats, honesty, and cinematic impact

Industry application: how to use these techniques in auditions and self-tapes

Closing circle: Q&A, reflections, and next steps for practice and performance.
