Mandala are characterized by repetitive patterns in concentric shapes, (circles, triangles, squares, etc).

In many spiritual practices, a mandala represents the entire Universe. In more modern Jungian psychology, the symbol stands for an effort to reunify the self.

This mandala art workshop is a supportive tool for meditation by allowing clear and vivid visuals while occupying the motor skills.

Rupesh Sharma takes artists step-by-step, creating beautiful mandala symbolism. He talks about shape and color psychology, using positive affirmations that reflect the meaning of the shapes used in the drawing.

Class is taught using A4 sized cartridge paper, a pencil, geometrical instruments, a black fin ball point pen, a black fine point gel pen, black and white acrylic paint. Attendee can add their own ideas too - art is your chance to express yourself.

Rupesh offers suggestions on how to balance repetitive shapes and patterns. You'll also learn about how to select the best design. He adds a brief lecture on importance of Mandala art in human life followed by a lecture on Mandala history. He narrate beautiful stories to me make the session positive and interesting.

This Mandala Workshop is for anyone interested in increasing creativity. No artistic experience is necessary.
