This training process introduces participants to a psycho physical approach to awakening the actor's body-mind in performance. This method is about living from your thought impulses and emotions creativity.This workshop will explore techniques that open up the imagination of the body and the way to translate that into performance.It focuses on the inner movement. Participant will discover their own self and their own way to approach a Character .
