Before he can be permitted to board a one-way flight to God-knows-where. With a ticket that was given to him by mistake. A down-on-his-luck man-who has given up and let go of everything-is made to wait indefinitely...just in case.

Choosing correctly, it appears, would take nothing short of A MIRACLE.
