This is another masterpiece by Arthur Miller, being staged in Hindi for the first time. The play opens with Vijay, a police officer, and his wife Anita meeting his brother Sanjay, a famous doctor who chose not to keep in touch with his elder brother for 16 years, and Sundarlal Chaddha, a furniture salesman, in the cluttered attic of their late parents' house. The occasion is the sale of old furniture as the house is about to be demolished. While sorting through their father's belongings, the brothers grapple with their past choices, the sacrifices they made, and the nature of their relationship.

In Arthur Miller's signature style, the key themes include family, sacrifice, regret, and the meaning of one's life choices. The play explores how past decisions shape present relationships, how different people perceive the same events in vastly different ways, and how everything comes with a price.
