The plot of SUBHEDAR GUEST HOUSE involves a group of strangers gathered at the said Guest House in Panhala shortly after a murder is reported in Kolhapur. Incidentally, they all are trapped in this Guest House and disconnected from the outside world due to a thunderstorm, and soon discover that the murderer is one amongst them. The hosts (Chitra and Vinay ) and the guests (Amit, Mrs. Tikekar, Major Thorat, Banerjee, and Ms Sapna ) have a hidden past. Inspector Bhosle arrives there to investigate, and the play builds suspense through rising suspicion and unexpected revelations until the surprising identity of the murderer is finally revealed.
