The great author and the rewarded personality with Padma-Bhushan and Maharashtra Gaurav, Late Mr. P. L. Deshpande, has written the mesmerizing and immortal play "Sundar Mee Honaar". This Marathi play is the story of the Maharaja of Nandanwadi Sansthan and their children who are tired of the Maharaja's oppression. These children want to glorify themselves by choosing their own paths. This is not only the play but the intense wish of each and every youngster of this society who is a rebel towards the orthodox traditions and customs.
