WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Stop pretending. Start living.

Most actors are trained to pretend-to manufacture emotions, to indicate feelings, to perform ideas of humanity rather than embody real ones. ANTI ACTING is the radical alternative: a systematic approach to living truthfully under imaginary circumstances, built on the foundational principle that before you are an actor, you are a human being. Your humanity is not an obstacle to overcome-it is the instrument. This workshop teaches you how to tune it.

Based on the book (in Publishing) "ANTI ACTING: The Actor's Blueprint for Authenticity" by Ashwin Agrawal, this one-day intensive distills decades of training-from the Meisner Technique to masterclass film analysis-into a practical, repeatable process used by actors who disappear into their roles. No emotional gymnastics. No traumatic recall. Just a clear, compassionate path from pretending to being.
