Guiding this journey is Shivam Parekh - FTII Alumnus and a certified teacher trained with MICHA (Michael Chekhov Association, USA).

About the Workshop:

This 7-day intensive introduces actors to the Michael Chekhov Technique through a balance of individual and ensemble practice. Sessions will include psychophysical exercises to enrich sensitivity and harmony of body and mind, and concrete tools to approach text, auditions, scenes, and character. Exploration will be carried out through monologues, short scene work, and ensemble work. Participants are expected to bring a 2-3 minute monologue or a performative text of their choice, memorized in advance, for use during the workshop explorations. The program is designed to strengthen the actor's imagination, technique, and artistic presence for both stage and screen.
